Drones Tech Lab at Exercise Jal Rahat 2026
Demonstrating Drone Applications in a High-Intensity Flood Response Drill
Led by the Indian Army at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Exercise Jal Rahat brought together multiple agencies to strengthen flood preparedness and coordinated emergency response.
As part of this effort, Drones Tech Lab, along with the IIT Guwahati RPTO Team, was tasked with leveraging drones for aerial surveillance and precision payload delivery, helping teams understand the situation on ground faster and extend critical support to areas cut off by rising water levels.
