This is a day-long experiential workshop in Kolkata where adults explore memory, emotion, and imagination through movement, theatre games, and mask-making—without performance pressure.
We begin with grounding and non-verbal play, move into creating a personal mask using colours and textures, and then explore the mask through quiet embodied practice, followed by reflection and closure. Sharing is always optional.
Facilitated by a theatre practitioner, a psychology lecturer, and a Chhau performer. The space is built around consent, emotional safety, and choice.
