It is not easy to acquire the habit of exercising in middle age, when the muscles and joints stifle out. Considering the way children are made to sit for long hours on school benches, even after wide scientific research has proved that long sitting is harmful for health. Hence our suggestions is that the work out culture has to be imbibed early in life and considered as important as learning to read and write. Hence our suggestion to r educational institutions to prioritize physical exercise classes a little more, with the inclusion of different types of aerobics, stretching (yoga) cardiovascular exercise, aerobics dancing , zumba etc and games combined with music (music therapy) in between classes.
