Those apart, to render legal assistance in disputes relating to IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) laws, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Anti-dumping duties, and Goods & Service Tax (GST) [which is likely to be introduced shortly], and other related subjects. To have conference with clients in regard to above matters/disputes, as and when required. To assist/guide clients with proper information/advice from time to time on long term or short term basis in matters related to taxation laws and other related laws. To assist Central Government/ State Government by way of rendering professional assistance, as and when solicited, and also training to officers at all levels whenever required. To represent cases of client before all judicial and quasi-judicial authorities that includes Supreme Court, High Courts, Appellate Tribunals, and adjudicating/appellate authorities in various government departments. To do all other lawful things as are incidental and conclusive to the attainment of above objects. NOMOS intends to achieve these objectives with immaculate professionalism, efficiency and expertise.
