Gumlet is Business Development Manager - International Sales

Location: Bangalore
Salary: Rs. 8L - 12L per annum

Responsibilities
The candidate will be primarily responsible for generating leads and business opportunities from the US region. S/he will be a key contributor to building a global BDR vertical of the Sales function at Gumlet. S/he will be closely working with the Sales Head to identify the best reach-out practices for business development with regard to the Gumlet product suite.
The candidate will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities in the US region through active networking, calling and sending personalized value-add emails.
Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, LinkedIn In emails, etc.)
Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process.
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales Pipeline for our products across our market segments Skills and Qualification

Result-driven and strong exposure to all freight forwarding products
Having knowledge of projects, and break-bulk is an added advantage
Must have prior experience in a similar role.
