Role Overview:

As AVP – PMO, you’ll partner directly with the CEO to drive high-impact projects across India. This strategic leadership role combines innovation, cross-functional ex*****on, and a sharp growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Projects: Lead initiatives in market expansion, product innovation, and M&A.
Governance & Ex*****on: Track KPIs (ROI, risks, timelines) across 50+ projects; implement agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
Stakeholder Management: Align C-suite, tech, ops, and external partners.
Resource Allocation: Optimize budgets, talent, and tools.
Innovation: Drive AI/automation adoption across workflows.

Qualifications:

Experience: 12+ years in project/program management (SaaS/IT/telecom preferred); scaled startups/enterprises (₹100Cr+ expansion).
Skills: Jira, Power BI, Asana; budgeting, ROI analysis; leadership in matrix setups.
Traits: Strategic thinker, agile executor, strong communicator.
