Fortune Security Guard Services is inviting applications from dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the post of Recruitment Officer to strengthen our workforce and expand our security services operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for security guards, supervisors, and related staff
* Source candidates through field visits, local networks, job portals, and referrals
* Conduct interviews, screening, and background verification
* Coordinate joining formalities and documentation of recruits
* Maintain recruitment database and employee records
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws (including PSARA guidelines)
* Develop strategies to meet bulk hiring targets efficiently

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
* Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (experience in security/manpower industry preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel locally for recruitment drives
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping
