This is the time for harvesting Eucalyptus honey. So we rushed to visit our source bee camp in order to collect the best quality honey for our beloved customers at the earliest opportunity. It was a long drive from Kolkata. The location of the bee camp was in a Eucalyptus forest in the Bengal-Jharkhand border region- far away from the hustles and bustles of city life.
The bee camp location was carefully chosen in a prestine natural setting to completely avoid any possibility of contamination of honey by industrial or urban/rural pollution- noxious gases, carbon particles, heavy metals, pesticides and harmful chemicals. For this reason this honey is not only pure but also fully organic. As there is no mustard (which flowers almost at the same time with Eucalyptus) cultivation in the adjacent villages, the honey is monofloral Eucalyptus honey, with all its special characteristics. It is very rich in aroma, of unmatched taste, and have immense medicinal value- particularly capable of ward off cold and caugh. So, our Eucalyptus honey could be the winter's best choice for you.
Our Eucalyptus honey is sealed honey- the best quality matured honey from wel-maintained bee hives. It is amazingly thick- moisture content is only 20%. So, if kept properly it can be preserved year after year without any chance of spoiling. 𝗦𝗼𝗯𝘂𝗷𝗠𝗼𝗻'𝘀 𝗞𝗵𝗲𝗷𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶—

In most of the places, producers are using thermocol or plastic cups to make khejur patali. Such plastic cups/packaging are cheap and help the producers reap extra profit. But we love to swim against the current where there is a genuine cause. Thermocol or plastic cups are neither eco-friendly nor pro-health option for solidifying patali cakes. So we have opted for bio-degradable, food-grade paper cups with lid.
Here it is worthy to mention that our Nolen gur, also a super-speciality product, is available in 500 gm pack in glass jar— again a health-safe packaging.

🔹 Our patali is pure. There is no white sugar mixture or any preservatives in it. So you have to keep it in refrigerator and you have to use clean, dry spoon/knife when cutting a chunk.
🔹 For our Nolen gur, it is also to be kept in fridge.
🔹 Please don't let your child insert finger directly into the jar of Nolen gur. Never use wet or dirty spoon to take a scoop. Make sure no entry of water.
🔹 It is better to consume gur and patali (or any other food) as fresh as possible. However it is possible to preserve well our Nolen gur (in clean, dry glass container) for upto 8 months and patali (in paper cup) for upto 10 months from now if kept in fridge. You have to ensure cleanliness.
🔹 For long preservation of Nolen gur, you are advised to heat it near 100 degree centigrade in a steel container for 15 minutes every three months.
