πŸ“ Ingredients:

For Chicken Filling:

Boneless chicken (boiled & shredded) – 1 cup

Onion (finely chopped) – 1 medium

Green chili (chopped) – 1–2

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – Β½ tsp

Red chili powder – Β½ tsp

Garam masala – Β½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Oil or butter – 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp

For Patties:

Puff pastry sheets – as required

Egg (beaten, for brushing) – 1

Sesame seeds / Nigella seeds – optional

1️⃣ Heat oil/butter in a pan. Add onion and sautΓ© till soft.
2️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste & green chili. Cook for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add shredded chicken, salt, pepper, red chili powder & garam masala. Mix well.
4️⃣ Cook for 3–4 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Let it cool completely.

5️⃣ Cut puff pastry sheets into squares.
6️⃣ Place chicken filling in the center, fold & seal the edges nicely.
7️⃣ Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

8️⃣ Bake at 180Β°C (356Β°F) for 20–25 minutes till golden brown ✨

Rupchanda fish slices – 4–5 pieces

Turmeric powder – Β½ tsp

Red chili powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)

Black pepper powder – Β½ tsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Cornflour – 2 tbsp

Rice flour – 2 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Oil – for shallow/deep frying

1️⃣ Clean and wash the Rupchanda fish pieces properly. Pat dry.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.

4️⃣ Add cornflour and rice flour to the marinated fish and coat well for extra crispiness.

Whole wheat flour – 2 cups

Salt – to taste

Water – as needed

Grated paneer – 1 cup

Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Red chili powder – Β½ tsp

Garam masala – Β½ tsp

Oil / Ghee – for cooking

Knead soft dough with flour, salt and water. Rest for 15 minutes.
