ππ₯ Homemade Chicken Patties Recipe
π Ingredients:
For Chicken Filling:
Boneless chicken (boiled & shredded) β 1 cup
Onion (finely chopped) β 1 medium
Green chili (chopped) β 1β2
Ginger-garlic paste β 1 tsp
Black pepper powder β Β½ tsp
Red chili powder β Β½ tsp
Garam masala β Β½ tsp
Salt β to taste
Oil or butter β 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) β 2 tbsp
For Patties:
Puff pastry sheets β as required
Egg (beaten, for brushing) β 1
Sesame seeds / Nigella seeds β optional
π©βπ³ Method:
1οΈβ£ Heat oil/butter in a pan. Add onion and sautΓ© till soft.
2οΈβ£ Add ginger-garlic paste & green chili. Cook for 1 minute.
3οΈβ£ Add shredded chicken, salt, pepper, red chili powder & garam masala. Mix well.
4οΈβ£ Cook for 3β4 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Let it cool completely.
5οΈβ£ Cut puff pastry sheets into squares.
6οΈβ£ Place chicken filling in the center, fold & seal the edges nicely.
7οΈβ£ Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
8οΈβ£ Bake at 180Β°C (356Β°F) for 20β25 minutes till golden brown β¨

πβ¨ Rupchanda Fish Fry Recipe β¨π
π Ingredients:
Rupchanda fish slices β 4β5 pieces
Turmeric powder β Β½ tsp
Red chili powder β 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Black pepper powder β Β½ tsp
Ginger-garlic paste β 1 tsp
Lemon juice β 1 tbsp
Cornflour β 2 tbsp
Rice flour β 2 tbsp
Salt β to taste
Oil β for shallow/deep frying
π©βπ³ Method:
1οΈβ£ Clean and wash the Rupchanda fish pieces properly. Pat dry.
2οΈβ£ In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
3οΈβ£ Marinate the fish pieces with this mixture and rest for 20β30 minutes.
4οΈβ£ Add cornflour and rice flour to the marinated fish and coat well for extra crispiness.
5οΈβ£ Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame.
6οΈβ£ Fry the fish pieces until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
7οΈβ£ Remove and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

π₯β¨ Homemade Stuffed Paratha Trio β Perfect Breakfast Idea! β¨π₯
π§ Paneer Paratha
π Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour β 2 cups
Salt β to taste
Water β as needed
Grated paneer β 1 cup
Green chili β 1 (finely chopped)
Onion β 1 small (finely chopped, optional)
Coriander leaves β 2 tbsp
Red chili powder β Β½ tsp
Garam masala β Β½ tsp
Oil / Ghee β for cooking
π©βπ³ Method:
Knead soft dough with flour, salt and water. Rest for 15 minutes.
Mix paneer, chili, onion, coriander and spices well.
Roll dough, add stuffing, seal and roll gently.
Cook on hot tawa using oil or ghee till golden brown.
Serve hot with curd & butter π
π₯ Aloo Paratha
π Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour β 2 cups
Boiled potatoes β 2 medium (mashed)
Green chili β 1 (chopped)
Ginger β Β½ tsp (grated)
Coriander leaves β 2 tbsp
Red chili powder β Β½ tsp
Cumin powder β Β½ tsp
Salt β to taste
Oil / Ghee β for frying

Prepare soft dough and keep aside.
Mix mashed potatoes with spices, chili and coriander.
Stuff the mixture into dough balls and roll carefully.
Cook on tawa till both sides are crispy and well cooked.
Best served with pickle & yogurt β€οΈ
π± Green Peas Paratha
π Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour β 2 cups
Green peas β 1 cup (boiled & mashed)
Green chili β 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger β Β½ tsp
Coriander leaves β 2 tbsp
Garam masala β Β½ tsp
Salt β to taste
Oil / Ghee β for cooking

Knead flour into soft dough and rest.
Mix mashed peas with spices, chili and coriander.
Stuff mixture inside dough balls and roll gently.
Cook on hot tawa till golden spots appear.
Serve hot with butter or chutney π

π Lemon juice β 1 tbsp
π’οΈ Mustard oil / Cooking oil β 4 tbsp
πΏ Whole Spices:
π Bay leaf β 2
π° Cardamom β 3β4
πΈ Cloves β 4
πͺ΅ Cinnamon β 1 inch
π§ Powdered Spices:
πΆοΈ Red chili powder β 1 tsp
πΌ Turmeric β Β½ tsp
πΏ Coriander powder β 1 tsp
πΏ Cumin powder β 1 tsp
β¨ Garam masala β 1 tsp
π§ Salt β to taste
π¬ Sugar β Β½ tsp (optional)

1οΈβ£ Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, salt & lemon juice. Keep for 30 minutes π
