Welcome to Future4Junior40 !!!!! This is a story that I like to share with you so please read on before you continue browsing our site. When I attended my very first junior training course in 2007, the trainer said at the
time: “ Rizwan, one day you will become a trainer ! ”. I don’t know was it something I did or said or a certain skill I exhibited during the training that made him say that! … Whatever was the reason, I will never forget those words although at that time, they did not mean much to me. For me that training was just a few days away from work and difficult students and a lot of fun too … It was just a training! and it was only after few months later, when I started experiencing the real success in my studies career, that I realized the importance of that training session and those uttered words. My “other than conscious mind” was learning all those skills and strategies, instilling them for me to use them later … my preconscious mind proved him right yet another time when I surely became a trainer in 2012. Now as a trainer I sometimes feel, see, notice and hear about some shining stars who attended my training and who became someone different later on. They have grown and evolved to become leaders, lead trainers and managers. Now I know how it is easy to predict future behavior from present behavior whilst inducing an accelerated learning state in my delegates’ mind and encouraging their participation. Dear participants, I am writing to you today as the owner and founder of my own self ,Future4junior40, a true F4j40 in my personal career development path, a dream that came true for me, going above and beyond that trainer’s expectation. Having worked and represented a number of various training giants in the market, for several years, I can assure you that you are with one of the best. Come in to our training room, and leave outside your own knowledge, leave your shoes and your conscious mind by the door! It is only by removing those barriers of existing knowledge and myths that you will be able to receive fresh inflows of teaching and learning. Sooner or later it will pave the way for you to go to the next level, to shift your paradigm and give you another perspective of life.
