The eligibility criteria for startup programs in Bihar.

1. Location: The startup should be registered and operating within the state of Bihar.

2. Legal Structure: The startup might need to have a specific legal structure, such as a Private Limited Company, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), etc.

3. Age of the Startup: Some programs might have restrictions based on the age of the startup, typically favoring early-stage ventures. A company should be registration up to 10 year.

4. Innovation: Emphasis on the uniqueness or innovation of the product or service offered by the startup.

5. Job Creation: Programs may prioritize startups that contribute to employment generation in the state.

6. Compliance: Adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements is often a prerequisite.

7. Financial Stability: Financial viability and sustainability of the startup might be considered.The turnover of the company should not be more than Rs 100 crore.

8. A company which has been broken up or reconstructed will not considered as a startup.

9. Taxes from the operation of the company are payable in Bihar.
