Academically, Himani is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst from the International CFA board. Prior to setting up her own consulting business, she has over 15+ years of managerial level experience in Institutional Equities aka Investment Banking. In her career in Investment banking she has come across numerous CEO’s, Promoters, CFO’s, First line managers and colleagues who were very good with their subject knowledge and skills but were not able to market or express themselves appropriately especially during meetings, interviews, presentations or sometimes at Informal social events. While as a Banker, one could help them for a limited time and a limited purpose ,as a trainer one could encourage them and their teams to develop those to be able to achieve their full potential.
