We are not over confident but believe in ourselves and our belief is that all customers are important for us. So customer satisfaction is the main motto of our team. We also give response as soon as possible in between 2 to 4 hours in case of small fault and take 48 hours for major problem. We take 72 hours for data recovery, When we give an estimate to a customer then the customer can think that his item for repair is fully repairable. After customer confirmation we take maximum 2 days for delivering laptop. Some problem like display change, inverter replace, keyboard replacement we do everything in front of customers in our Jorhat Service centre and delivery at the same time. We are ready 24 X 7 for client support.
