💼 Position: AGM / DGM – HR & Admin

🎓 Qualification: MBA (Human Resources)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive site-level implementation of corporate HR strategies including talent retention, engagement, discipline, and grievance redressal. Lead site manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and exit management in coordination with central HR.

• Act as the strategic HR advisor to the Project Head for all people and administration matters.

• Monitor and control site HR & Admin budget, including manpower costs, welfare expenses, travel, accommodation, and admin-related capex.

• Optimize vendor costs for admin functions (canteen, housekeeping, security, transport, etc.) without compromising quality.

• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing in coordination with corporate finance and HR.

• Track cost implications of labor productivity, overtime, absenteeism, and implement corrective actions. Manage contract labor deployment, compliance, wage disbursement, and grievance handling, Oversee site admin functions including camp management, security, canteen, housekeeping, transport, and guest arrangements.

• Handle disciplinary matters, show-cause notices, inquiries, and ensure fair resolution of conflicts, Conduct welfare activities, safety awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure effective implementation of labor laws (CLRA, Factories Act, BOCW, PF, ESI, etc.)
