Qualification: MBA or similar

Experience : Above 5 years in relevant field

1. Analysed customer needs, concerns and proposed a solution through product innovations.

2. Gathered, analyzed and interpreted external and internal data and write reports Identified issues and crafted unique and immediate solutions to remedy them.

3. Assessed overall company performance against objectives. Examined new opportunities in current and potential markets.
4. Generated leads through professional networking, cold calls, bulk emails, social network etc.

5. Identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects. Offering a price to customers and then negotiating around it.
6. Planning and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized. Responsible for implementation of the business development plan, which includes: prospecting, lead generation, and development follow-up.

7. Generation database for identifying potential prospects Represented company and promoted products at conferences. Identified issues and crafted unique and immediate solutions to remedy them.

8. Building Team and setup the process for Business Development and Inside sales

9. Building Network and strategies for Channel Sales.

10. Generating leads through professional networking, cold calls, bulk emails, social network etc.

11. Develop and maintain Strategic Alliances and Partner Relations.

12. Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.
