1. DPT-3 for FY 20-21.
2. CFSS-2020 for grant of immunity certificate.
3. ITC-04 for Q-4 of FY 20-21.
4. Form 26QB/QC/QD for May-21.
5. Update IEC for FY 21-22.

UGC has resolved that CA/CS/ICWA qualification be considered equivalent to PG degree.

A great opportunity for all the members to pursue higher studies as many courses and jobs required post qualification which is now fulfilled by this notification✌️

*Representation letter to all the CCMs and RCMs from Rajasthan on behalf of New/Small Practicing CAs*

Today we have given a letter to all the CCMs and RCMs from Rajasthan to oppose the changes in the eligibility criteria for empanelment of CA Firms for the audits of Corporate Societies.
There are some points in new eligibility criteria which will lead to disqualification of New CA Firms.

*Following points need consideration-*

> Minimum experience of 3 years should be changed to 1 year.
> DISA should not be mandatory for the same as the ICAI has not conducted the DISA exam since December 2019.
> Fees of Rs 10000 should be changed to originally 5000.
