We always use to say that I can't afford good Nutrition Food that's why I'm not healthy but what about water, it's free of cost still we don't take properly as we think it's not that important.
Water is the most important nutrient for our body as it helps our body organs to absorb all the nutritious food that we intake all over the day.
But just think if we drink less water then how this food will go to all our organs? That's why we have to drink water daily as per the requirements of our body.
Now what are the requirements, minimum water intake should be 1 ltr of water for every 20 kgs human body weight. If you're able to do it then go for advanced level water intake I.e. 1 ltr of water for every 15 kgs human body weight.
When we daily take the above-required water then we get numerous benefits such as maintains healthy digestion, aids in weight management, promotes proper kidney function, healthy skin, reduces the risk of urinary tract infections, helps in headaches and migraines, relieves fatigue and helps to alleviate the mood.
