Roles and Responsibilities
Act as an interface between the company & customers.
Should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
The Primary responsibility is to drive the Insurance sales for the company.
Converting leads (provided by company) to business.
Direct selling to the customers via appointments.
Establishing and strengthening relationship with the allocated customer base
Desired Candidate Profile
-Require min 2 years of sales experience
-Good communications skills
-Any graduate
-24 to 40 Age max
-Candidate will be On Roll employee of Any Company or Group

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Should have 0-5 years of sales experience in Insurance (Preferably Health/Life)
2. Any Graduation.
3. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
