What is the UNO ?

UNO is the acronym( शब्दो के प्रथम अक्षरो से बना शब्द ) for United Nations organization. It was established( स्थापित ) by 51 countries immediately( तुरंत ही ) after the second world war. The purpose( उद्देश्य ) of the UNO was to prevent( बचाना ) the occurrence( घटना ) of wars in the future. Today almost all the countries of the world are members of the UNO. Some of the important of objectives( लक्ष्य ) of the UNO to promote( बढ़ावा देना ) peace throughout the world and to protect( रक्षा करना ) human rights( अधिकार ) and freedom( स्वतंत्रता ). If a war breaks( अचानक छिड़ना ) out somewhere, the international peace troops( सैन्य दल ) of the UNO, often known as "blue helmets" are sent to the war zone( क्षेत्र ) to restore( पुनः स्थापित करना ) peace( शांति ).
