We are looking for *Senior Quality Engineer (In process)*
*Industry: Automobile / EMS*
*location: Gujrat and Maharashtra*
*Qualification: BE or Diploma*
*Experience: 4 to 7 years*

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct process inspection for both suppliers and internal unit.
2. Maintain Training Program and meeting with suppliers, providing comprehensive training on components.
3. Create Quality plans, manufacturing Standards instructions(MSI), SOP's etc.
4. Basic knowledge of instruments such as VMM, CMM, Height Gauges and hardness tester etc.
5. Coordinate with production, store,quality control, internal unit design and suppliers.

 Prepare the production plan as per sales/market demand.
 Daily basis verify part and process rejection on concern team and move in store.
 Ability to work co-operatively in group with good communication and motivating skills.
 Strategic material requirement planning for achieving production targets and inventory control.
 Should have knowledge about the WIP (Work in progress) control on production floor and also check 4M.
 Maintain all documents related to OS&D & SAP
 Responsible for inventory for all material( SAP v/s Physical.)
