We also require the Hotels to provide us with the Data of Guests such as their name(s), mobile numbers, reservation details, check-in and check-out dates and amount to be paid by the Guest(s) to the Hotel, which data is obtained by Hotels from the Guests and shared with Thru for availing Thru’s services such as contactless check-in. Thru shall not be held responsible for any claims brought against it on the basis that the Hotel(s) did not have the authorization from the Guest(s) to share the Data of Guests with Thru.
