Gorkha Pride: Daughter of Manipur Commissioned as Indian Army Nursing Officer 🇮🇳⚔️
A proud moment for the Gorkha community and Manipur as Lieutenant Madhu Karki has been commissioned as a Nursing Officer in the Indian Army.
She is the daughter of Havildar Yam Bahadur Karki and Mrs. Hima Karki from Charhajare, Motbung in Kangpokpi district.
Selected as a Nursing Officer Cadet in 2022, she completed four years of tough training at Command Hospital, Eastern Command, Kolkata.
Her journey is a true inspiration for young people — showing that hard work, discipline and determination can make dreams come true. 💙
