This is not the first time a student's life is at risk,this is not the first time authorities have gone to the level of ignorance where they've dared to play with the lives of students.
NIT Uttarakhand has long been fighting for their demand of a permanent campus.
Recently a student-Neelam Meena got badly injured on her way to class, when a high speeding vehicle on NH-58 hit her. Students have to cross the National Highway in order to go to their classes since the temporary establishment is divided into two campuses.
The students have gone into an indefinite strike to get the authorities to address their demands.
NIT MANIPUR supports NIT UTTARAKHAND in their fight for justice and proper address of their demands.
