BK FLUTE

This bamboo cluster area is in the valley of Manipur State. This is one of the nearest bamboo growing places in the valley which is about 25km from Imphal city. There are many species of bamboo here but we choose only 2 for making flutes. BK flute Industry collects 1 truck load every year from this place. These species are thick & hard (heavy weight) types. Such types are similar to Amazon river bank bamboos.

One of the bamboo collecting areas in Manipur State. In this hill we found 2 species of bamboo for making flutes. The cluster area is about 1sq km. About 30km far from Imphal city. BK flute Industry collects 1 truck load every year from this place. These species are thin & light weight types. We use another species too (thick & hard) from another places.
