🚨 Three Killed in Attack on Loibol Khullen Village in Manipur
Songpi, June 5: Three Kuki civilians, including the chief of Loibol Khullen village, were reported killed in a pre-dawn attack in Kangpokpi district, Manipur.
The deceased have been identified as village chief Letkhongam Haokip, his wife Tinmary Haokip, and Jangminlal Haokip. Local sources said the attack took place around 4 AM while villagers were asleep.
Local accounts have alleged the involvement of NSCN-IM and ZUF-Kamson. Security forces and police teams have reached the area, and an investigation is underway. Official confirmation from the district administration and police is awaited.
The incident has raised fresh concerns over security in the Saitu-Gamphazol subdivision of Kangpokpi district.

One truck driver was ambushed and killed today by NSCN - IM Narco Terrorists.
They fired at a convoy of trucks transporting rice for the Kuki Zo community in Manipur's Ukhrul district.

NSCN-IM Kacha Nagas Terrorists fired at a convoy of civilian vehicles transporting rice along the Imphal- Ukhrul road near Litan village, killing the driver at the spot.

Manipur police along with central forces have recovered the dead body.

The killings came two days after Chief Minister Y Khemchand Singh met with representatives of the Manipur Truck Owners’ Welfare Association, to discuss the law and order situation on the National Highways and the movement of goods transport.
