Our client Mr. Krushnath More was thinking of demolish and reconstruct his old residence which was built by his beloved father and where he were born and brought up in Rendal.Unfortunately site has so many congestions that everyone advised him to plan his new residence to spacious, resulting in disappoint confusion of our client.One day a friend of him from village Rangoli told about our company and our project at Rangoli with same congested site location made him to meet us.And we,valuing his emotional attachments with that old building site with 7 feet approach committed to plan his bungalow with same or even better elegance,spacious and aery as it ever could be at any congestion free location. And the next day we were done with our agreements in hand and plans in our brains starts and completed the said project with most passionately ending with Grand Opening ceremony of about 5000 well-wishers along with all those advisers resisting him to do so.

Gurukul located in Rangoli is a dream project of independent Bungalows. The location is idyllic, verdant and serene, far away and far above from crowds, pollution & noise of the city.Hon. Clients has several requirement establishing challenges to design and construction team as well. Site has no setback from state highway resulting in low stacking space for machinery, material and healthy movement of labors and tools. With all these hurdles to jump on, our team has done incredible efforts for completion before stipulations of 300 days.
