Nothing is written. Nothing is clear.
Your mind jumps like this:
“Should I do this first?”
“No… maybe that is more important…”
“What if I miss something?”
Now you feel stuck… without doing anything.
But the moment you do this:
• Write down what’s on your mind
• Pick one thing
• Take one small step
Everything changes.
Your mind relaxes.
Because now… it has direction.
Clarity is not about solving everything.
It’s about knowing what to do next.
That’s why I always suggest a simple 10-minute reset.
Just write, answer a few questions… and move forward.
