End-to-end HR operations: internal recruitment, onboarding to offboarding through HRISConduct HR induction and employee orientation sessionsEnsure effective implementation of HR policies and proceduresManage attendance, leave, and compile payroll inputs accuratelyHandle employee grievances and provide timely resolutionsOversee PF registration and UAN creationManage exit formalities and Full & Final (FnF) settlementsCoordinate with vendors and manage HR-related service providersDrive employee welfare initiatives and engagement activitiesHandle compliance related to medical insurance
