There's a scam going on in our college. Looks like a person is asking money from everyone on the pretext of his father being admitted in a hospital. The person is from civil engineering department. The person will text you or call you if he/she have your number.

Beware folks! Don't ever give money to that person... It is observed that the person lost the money in betting. And they are trying to recover by telling everyone a fabricated story that his father is suffering from COVID. We saw many people losing money to this person, and when we try to confront the person, they are not answering the calls nor replying to texts.

To the person : stop asking everyone around and otherwise the consequences won't be good and you cannot escape this. Remember that.
