🚀 Raidurg continues to fuel Telangana’s real estate boom!
The latest TSIIC land auction generated ₹160 crore from just two plots (0.97 acres), fetching up to ₹3.4 lakh per sq yard — a fourfold jump from ₹88,000 in 2017.

Although slightly below October’s record ₹177 crore per acre, officials hailed the auction as a strong success. TSIIC MD K. Shashanka reaffirmed Hyderabad’s dominance as a top-tier investment destination, with developers eager to secure space in the city’s booming Knowledge City corridor.

The Telangana govt is preparing to revise property registration values in Hyderabad’s core urban areas (27 civic bodies inside the ORR). 🏙️

👉 The hike could be 30%–50%, bringing official rates closer to real market prices.
👉 The state expects to generate ₹2,000–₹2,500 Cr in extra revenue annually.
👉 Committees are reviewing land, apartment & commercial rates, with proposals to go before the cabinet soon.
👉 Public objections will be invited before final approval.
