•Manage global social media tracking including keyword creation/maintenance, measurement of volume/sentiment, working collaboratively to synthesize findings via ad hoc and weekly updates, and complete custom analysis requests
• Identify and synthesize external third party and internal behavioral data in order to complement social analysis
• Design and implement reporting frameworks for owned, earned, and paid campaigns to measure and monitor the effectiveness of social campaigns across channels and translate them into meaningful, actionable plans
• Use listening and text mining to identify key themes and upcoming trends in consumer conversations around a product/event. Work with the content design team to align their strategy with consumer voice and interest
• Proactively analyze findings, in cooperation with team members, to develop internal story-based reporting
• Builds reports to simply visualize actionable insights for content improvement, partnerships, themes and trends to conquest
• Work closely with other team members to develop internal best practices
• Ensure highest level of data quality and validation
