Keep all the working areas clean and tidy to maintain hygienic surroundings.

To co-operate and coordinate with the Chef de Partie/Sous Chef for day to day operation.

Must have thorough knowledge of Indian curries’ sandwiches, pizza, and burgers.

To maintain and manage daily inventory of the materials/items and wastages

Strictly follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) as mentioned

Undertakes all normal and ancillary duties associated with outlet operation

To follow strictly all personnel hygiene/grooming and Health & Safety practices.
