Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive – Domestic Voice Process
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face / Virtual
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Languages Required (English + Hindi/Telugu /Tamil /Kannada /Malayalam )

Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass or Any Degree

Salary Package:
Freshers (All languages): Flat ₹2.5 LPA
Experienced:
Telugu: Up to ₹4.0 LPA
Hindi: Up to ₹4.0 LPA
Tamil: Up to ₹3.8 LPA
Kannada: Up to ₹4.25 LPA
Malayalam: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in the assigned language
Address queries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain accurate call records and follow standard operating procedures
Deliver high-quality service while adhering to process and compliance guidelines
Work in rotational shifts (5 days/week with 2 rotational offs)

Candidate Profile:
Strong communication skills in English + selected regional language
Good grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment
Willing to relocate to Chennai (preferred: candidates currently in Chennai)
Must be ready for rotational shifts and weekend work as per roster
