Amnesty is as good for those who give it as for those who receive it. So no wonder the CBIC has come up with repeated retrospective amnesty schemes. This time the Amensty scheme closing date also got extended to 30 Nov 2021.

GST tax payers in default for 45 months (July-2017 to April-2021) can file their GST returns with little late fees. Normally I have come across instances where the assessees give up GST registration, let it lapse or remain defunct due to the staggeringly huge late fees that piles up.

Rs. 100/- per day late fees IS NOT A JOKE. Period. So please spread the word. We have one more month to file all pending tax dues. Now is not too late to response, react, rectify.
