For the dough
350 g pressed farmers cheese
2yolks
45g sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
35g flour(extra for rolling)
35g raisins
Vegetable oil /butter for frying

• mix it all well, cover it with baking sheet or a parchment paper .
