We use a traditional process to extract pure mustard so that the natural properties, antioxidants and essential oils are retained. The oil (sarson ka tel) is extracted from mustard seeds, the oil is made from the first press of mustard in the traditional way by slowly crushing the best mustard seeds in a temperature controlled environment to retain its pungency and natural properties. Its high pungency, strong aroma and taste of mustard oil adds a spicy flavor to the food.
