हर आंदोलन मेरे लिए परिवर्तन की शुरुआत होता है — एक छोटी सी चिंगारी, जो समय आने पर बड़े बदलाव का रूप ले सकती है। 2011 में अन्ना हज़ारे जी का आंदोलन इसी का उदाहरण था। उस आंदोलन ने भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लोगों को एकजुट किया और यह विश्वास जगाया कि आम नागरिक भी व्यवस्था को चुनौती देकर बदलाव ला सकता है। उसी दौर में नई राजनीति की दिशा सामने आई, जिसने यह दिखाया कि जनता की आवाज़ सत्ता तक पहुँच सकती है।
हालाँकि, सच्चाई यह है कि बदलाव का रास्ता कठिन होता है। भ्रष्टाचार पर कुछ समय के लिए अंकुश तो लगा, लेकिन आज भी सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है—न्याय प्राप्त करना। जब संघर्ष स्वयं व्यवस्था के विरुद्ध हो, और वही व्यवस्था सार्वजनिक संसाधनों का दुरुपयोग कर आमजन का शोषण करे, तो न्याय की राह और भी कठिन हो जाती है। कई बार कुछ अधिकारी न्याय प्रक्रिया को बाधित कर पीड़ित की आवाज़ को दबाने का प्रयास करते हैं।
इन्हीं परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए, इस बार हम शांति और अहिंसा के मार्ग पर चलते हुए “Justice for All” की मांग को आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं। गांधी जयंती के अवसर पर, मैं राजघाट से 11 किमी की पदयात्रा करूँगा, ताकि न्याय और पारदर्शिता की आवश्यकता पर समाज का ध्यान आकर्षित किया जा सके। यह यात्रा केवल एक आयोजन नहीं, बल्कि समानता और निष्पक्षता के लिए एक गंभीर अपील है।
सत्ता में बैठे लोगों से मेरा निवेदन है कि हम 30 जनवरी तक न्याय की प्रतीक्षा करेंगे। यदि तब तक कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया, तो हम गांधीजी की प्रेरणा से अहिंसात्मक मार्ग पर चलते हुए शांतिपूर्ण भूख हड़ताल का सहारा लेंगे। हमारा उद्देश्य केवल न्याय है—न किसी से टकराव, न किसी प्रकार का विरोधाभास। आइए, इस प्रयास में हम सब मिलकर एक ऐसे समाज के निर्माण की ओर कदम बढ़ाएँ, जहाँ हर व्यक्ति को न्याय मिल सके।

Justice for All — A Dream Deferred or a Promise in Action?
The preamble of our Constitution declares “Justice for All,” but we must pause and ask: Is justice truly available to everyone, or is it still the privilege of the rich and powerful? In a society where legal remedies are too often delayed or denied, the promise of justice frequently remains unfulfilled for the most vulnerable.
Across India, and indeed the world, countless people have lost their lives in their relentless pursuit of justice. They died waiting, unheard, and neglected by systems meant to protect them. Their pain echoes a deeper truth—justice delayed is justice denied, and for the poor and powerless, it is often not even accessible.
I, too, have been fighting for my legitimate rights for years. My battle represents not just personal issues, but the collective struggle of many who are marginalised—whether due to poverty, disability, social barriers, or disease. Yet, through every obstacle, our determination has only grown stronger.
A defining moment in this journey was in 2020, when we observed the first-ever World Injustice Day, focusing on the disability rights of persons affected by leprosy across the globe. For decades, rights of person affected with leprosy was invisible in the conversation around justice. But our movement gave voice to , and after persistent advocacy, our message finally reached the United Nations. It was a historic step that showed how people’s movements can create global impact.
This year, on 25th August, we will again come together to observe World Injustice Day. The theme—"Justice for All"—is not just a slogan, but a renewed pledge to hold systems accountable and to amplify the cries of those silenced by oppression and neglect.
Our movement now has a broader and deeper mission. We are not just fighting for disability rights or leprosy-affected persons—we are fighting for every poor, voiceless, and powerless individual who deserves justice but remains unheard.
Let us come together in solidarity. Let us carry forward the spirit of compassion, equality, and truth. It’s time to ensure that justice is not a luxury for the few, but a right for all.
