I have a question on my mind that I want to express but am struggling to articulate. The question is this: While many of us in the Koch-Rabha community are now highly educated, how many people have been appointed as teachers for our own language under the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) government? And the books that have been provided are incomprehensible to me. How am I supposed to teach my children from them? The language in the books is completely different from what we have been speaking traditionally.
