Guiding and motivating field agents, training for document pick up, collection etc.
Aligning pick-ups, documentation,cash collection, cash deposits, Filed investigation etc.
Maintaining MIS, conveyance, attendance of Bangalore location.
Coordination with field agents, sales and collection department.
