This is the state of modern customer service. Weโve replaced human empathy with rigid decision trees. When a user shares a personal boundaryโ"she's my ex now, stop reminding me"โthe bot isn't programmed to care; it's only programmed to sell.
The Problem with WhatsApp Chatbots:
