At Protouch, we recently conducted an insightful session on , but what made it powerful wasn’t just the conversations around … it was what we chose to address within.

The room wasn’t filled with just professionals—it was filled with stories.
Stories of self-doubt, of hesitation, of holding back…
and slowly, stories of awareness, reflection, and breakthrough.

We worked around self-limiting beliefs—those quiet voices that often go unheard but hold immense power over how women see themselves and their potential.

And somewhere between conversations, realisations, and shared experiences…there was a shift.
