Job Description :

• Assists in the all food service operations and day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
• Managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
• Provides direction to kitchen staff, ensuring ex*****on of their duties.
• Monitors kitchen operations to ensure compliance, kitchen is a safe and hygienic place to work. Organizing the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies and portion control.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage team.
• Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
• Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
• Manage food costing and inventory.
• Maintain standards for food storage, consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance standards – Storage and Labeling
