Responsible for calling US health insurance companies on behalf of Doctors/Physicians to follow up for claim status and outstanding accounts receivables.
He/she should have basic knowledge on Denials, rejections and ability to resolve immediately and also able to resolve billing issues those have resulted in delay in payment.
Must be spontaneous and should have high energy levels
Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile when needed
Immediate joiners required.
Shift timings- 5 pm -2 am.
