HIKING THE CAMINO

Today, everyone woke up dreading the long 30+ km walk ahead of us. However, we decided to start early and walk together, no matter what. Luckily, the breezy weather was on our side, making the long journey feel like a cakewalk.
It was long and strenuous, yet full of fun, with amazing scenery all around: forested paths, quaint churches, tiny villages, artistic bars and cafes, colorful country houses, farms, ranches etc. We took every opportunity to rest our feet, soak them, and treat ourselves to good food whenever possible. To celebrate the end of our labor and pain, we indulged in an Italian cuisine feast, ending the day in style.
