![Today’s workout was purely for Instagram.
Started strong 💪🏻 like a proper gym session.
Then came the dead hang.
Attempted it again and again and again and holding even 10 seconds felt impossible today.
see how many attempts it actually took.
Some days the workout is strong, some days the grip strength just disappears but the effort (and the reel) still goes up on Instagram.
