Severe dehydration can lead to more serious symptoms such as confusion, rapid heartbeat, and even fainting. It's important to drink enough water throughout the day to stay properly hydrated.

5️⃣Poor diet: Eating a diet that is high in sugar and processed foods, and low in nutrients, can lead to fatigue and low energy levels.

6️⃣Sedentary lifestyle: Lack of exercise and physical activity can lead to reduced energy levels and fatigue.
