🍞✨ Our Bread Mastery Workshop Successfully Completed Yesterday! ✨🍞

What an amazing and productive session it was! From understanding the science of bread making to mastering dough handling, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking techniques, students learned every important step in detail.

In this hands-on workshop, we covered:

Along with recipes, students learned:

✔ Yeast handling and fermentation secrets
✔ Proofing and baking temperatures
✔ Troubleshooting common bread-making issues
✔ Tips for soft, fluffy and bakery-style breads at home

Seeing students create beautiful breads from scratch and leave with confidence and new skills is always the most rewarding part of teaching.
