The BJP govt received a major blow with the latest Maharashtra loss & the party has shrunk to a mere 40% of India's map as compared to 70% in 2017. BJP was in a roller coaster ride of political triumphs & defeats for the past 5 years. The BJP had swept the nation with the Modi wave, from holding power in just 7 state assemblies in 2014 to 21 by 2018. The graph was slow and steady from 2014 till 2018 but it just stopped there.
