Role play of your joints

The Head weighs about 5kg when standing straight. The neck supports the weight of the head which, according to the angle of the inclination, increases. The more we look down, the more our head weighs. The more you move forward the head the more it weighs. When bent at 60 degrees, it puts 22-27 kg of pressure on the vertebra and spine. As a result, muscles, ligaments and tendons become tense and tired, which increases tension on joints and discs. This will have an impact on the neck as it gets stiffer and it will create problems elsewhere. Take care of yourself when using smartphones.
