Siddhanath Surya Yoga is a dynamic osmosis of solar pranic healing originated and developed by Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath by the blessings of Mahavatar Babaji Gorakshanath. It comprises of yoga meditation techniques which flush out disease, toxins and enliven the body, mind and soul with Pranic spiritual energy for optimal health and spiritual evolution of consciousness.

This dynamic technique heals Stress related illness, Psychotic disorders, Physical Pains, Balance of Three Humours(Doshas) and elimination of Laziness and fatigue!

Also we will learn  ancient techniques of meditation on breath given to us by Himalayan Master - Yogiraj Siddhanath. This will be guided meditation. This pranayama (conscious breath control) - helps in  *mental clarity by reducing restless thoughts* , *dissolves emotional stress* by steading emotions and mental fitness - *tranquility of mind*. This gives a healthy body, mind and better intuition.
